Guys for now im doing 3 sets of 5 rep pull ups with good form and 3 sets of 8 reps dips and 3 sets of 8 reps push ups. What skill should i learn from this masterclass? Pull up lesson and handstand lesson are suitable for me now?
Improve your pull strenght and add weights. When you will reach 15 pull ups you can start your front lever journey. I would start with back lever but you said that it os not for you. Fl will just take you more time You have better push strenght so you can already start handstand, pike push ups and tuck planche
