workout split questions
guys what do you think about 3 day pull and 3 day push training in 1 week for example; monday pull tuesday push wednesday pull thursday push friday pull saturday push

You may be overtrained with that amount of training sessions. I would still do 4 sessions but increase the intensity

@Metin Ardanuc You can obviously try this split if it's work on you but in long term you may regress. Less is more. Quality over amount

Comgratulations. How long have you trained front lever from 0?
what skill's should i start?
Guys for now im doing 3 sets of 5 rep pull ups with good form and 3 sets of 8 reps dips and 3 sets of 8 reps push ups. What skill should i learn from this masterclass? Pull up lesson and handstand lesson are suitable for me now?

Improve your pull strenght and add weights. When you will reach 15 pull ups you can start your front lever journey. I would start with back lever but you said that it os not for you. Fl will just take you more time You have better push strenght so you can already start handstand, pike push ups and tuck planche

You have a pull up program here. I think I can help you in any of yours pull ups questions because my max reps are 32 reps, but Simon is a professional athlete and know everything about this sport so take advantage
