Hi guys. I can do fairly decent muscle ups (legs together, minimal kip), but the day after I train my shoulders are destroyed, like I can’t train anything else for 1-3 days. Any advice would be good. I do a basic hanging warmup, into some round arm motions, and 2-3 sets of pull ups before doing 3-4 sets of muscle ups to failure.

Hi I’m Alex from Gold Coast, Australia. Been training weighted pull ups & dips for a few months but now starting to train statics. Need help with my muscle ups as I get extremely sore shoulders after I train a few sets for 1-3 days which ruins the rest of my training. Not sure why since they are relatively clean now (keep legs together) but any advice Would be appreciated. And I do a small warm up with 2-3 sets of pull ups first
