Google is trying its best to kill cold email🗣️
Here are its 5 biggest lies: (that cost me millions)😩 1️⃣ Unsub Links Google told us we needed a 1-click unsubscribe link so we didn't end up in spam. These unsub links destroy deliverability, but is it legal to remove them? 💡 US rules only require that prospects have a way to opt out of emails. So ask them to reply with a keyword to stop getting emails. ❌But don't use a generic keyword like "STOP" (email providers flag it) Use uncommon keywords & phrases for your opt out. ✅Good example: "Not feeling this chat? Just say 'beans' and I'll disappear!" 2️⃣Domain Forwarding Domain Forwarding is when you use secondary domains to point to your main one. If you only do this with 1 or 2 domains it isn't a problem. 🚩 But when you have hundreds, it’s a giant red flag that you're sending cold emails. What can we do? We could make a website for each domain using GoDaddy. But the website will be a basic template - bad for your brand. ⚙️ The 2nd option: Clone your website with GHL & attach 1 to each domain. I'm testing this myself and its looking promising. 3️⃣Repeat Names I used to believe this lie, and was stuck in spam for a while. Then I tried changing my company name (Otter PR) to Otter and suddenly my emails escaped spam. 🔍 The reason: Google’s AI flags unique phrases if enough emails have them. Spintax any special names or addresses to avoid this early on. 4️⃣Use 1 Server Only having a single server is a waste of emails & data. 📊 QuickMail did a test with 2M+ emails that pointed to 1 conclusion: Google Mailboxes deliver better to Google inboxes, same with Microsoft. 🔄 Get both Google & Microsoft mailboxes to use Provider Matching. 5️⃣Use Tested Openers Some will tell you to use common SL's and PV's that work consistently. 📉 The results you get with these are nothing compared to creating your own. Most prospects will ignore what they've seen dozens of times before. 🧠 Be creative and come up with your own subjects and 1st lines.

Thanks for all these details!!
💰Unlock millions using my 6-step email formula:
I've made millions from a simple 6-step email formula. (steal it from me for $0) 1. SL (Curiosity-Question)🤔 People love to answer questions about themselves. Ask a simple question to create curiosity in the prospects. This pulls them to find out what the email is asking about. 2. PV (Challenge) 💪 The PV is what someone sees right before they open the email, so you must get it right. Asking if they're the right person to ask questions their authority on the subject. Naturally, they want to see if they are the right person who can help. 3. Social Proof (Builds Authority) 🧐 It needed to establish authority quickly so prospects take you seriously. This creates perceived value for the company & its services. 4. Offer (Value Prop) 🎁 States who the company helps to achieve a result. This tells prospects the benefit of the service & if they're qualified to receive it. 5. Case Study (Builds Trust) 💼 The trust in the marketplace is always going down. This is necessary for prospects to believe you can consistently get results. 6. CTA (Soft Action)💥 Asking for a meeting is too much for the 1st email. Asking to give more info or asking for a keyword will get many more replies.

I’m already saving for the insiders program as I’m looking at the awesome content!
You’re throwing away money because you don’t understand funnels.🗑️
But I’ll make it simple. How I use funnels to run my 600k/mo biz: 1. Forms & Surveys - Forms are short questionnaires I use to get contact info from leads. These let me qualify & follow up with them - usually after giving a lead magnet. - Surveys are multi-step forms that break long series of questions into smaller pages. I usually use surveys when I need tons of info to create personalized lead magnets. Some different ways I use forms/surveys: 🧾Billing - Used when somebody's payment fails. The reason is cited & a team member is notified to solve the issue. ✍️Client Feedback - Suggestions from clients to improve my product. Always get feedback from your fans. 🤓Affiliate Registration - Gives the needed info to connect an affiliate with our system. ✉️Email Registration - Instead of the choice to get all emails or no emails, we give the choice to receive less to prevent more unsubs. 2. Funnels/Websites I use both funnels & websites in my agency... but what’s the difference? - Websites act as a homepage for your business. Viewers don’t have a specific task - they’re just getting more info. - Funnels are series of pages that take leads down a specific path. You’re trying to get 1 action - so the entire page serves that goal. 3 types of funnels I use: 📞Call-Booking Funnel The only goal of this is to book a call. The top of the page is a bare bones opt-in & headline. This gets their info - If they don’t book on the next page you can still contact them. The rest of the page should build authority. Use testimonials, results, & publications to do it. 🧲Lead Magnet Funnel This is like a call booking funnel - but you exchange info for a valuable resource. This gets leads more effectively because it gives free value. The more valuable your lead magnet the more effective this funnel. Once you give the LM show a thank you page with qualifying questions. If they’re a good fit push for a call & follow up with text/email. 🎫Low-Ticket Funnel The goal of this funnel is to get clients in the door for free or at a profit.

Rejection-proof your cold emails 💪 Cold outreach = Thick skin required 🛡️
I can't believe this dude really reacted like this when someone saw through his cold pitch... (image attached) (Who calls people goons? haha) Yikes, right? If you're doing cold outreach, you gotta have thicker skin than that, because rejection is part of the game, you have to accept it. However… I also understand that enough rejection will take its toll on anyone, even if you have thick skin akin to a battle-worn rhino’s 🦏 But here's the thing: you can dramatically lower your rejection rates, and keep your mental health intact with a few simple guidelines: ✅ Avoid The Obvious Signs-The guy above made it obvious he was about to pitch, and the prospect could smell the pitch coming from a mile away… 1. No fake rapport building ("How's business?")  2. Avoid cliché subject lines ("Quick question")  3. Skip the generic "Hey NAME" opener. Prospects can smell these from a mile away. Be original! ✅ Master the follow-up 80% of sales happen after you follow up, so make sure to email them at least 4 times, and try messaging them on other platforms if they’re reading your emails but aren’t responding. Don't give up after one email. Create a strategic follow-up sequence that adds value at each touch point, and across multiple platforms. Remember persistence is key. ✅ Offer Value Upfront: No one wants to be cold-pitched or even likes to be cold-pitched… just think about it, you most likely don’t have something they want or need, and you’re interrupting their day to try and sell them with that thing they don’t want or need. So lead with something they actually care about. Make them think, "Huh, this might be worth my time." Look, rejection is part of the game. But with these tips, you'll be hearing "yes" a lot more often.

It was kind of obvious when the question came right away. And Yes, the answer was really bad but the pitch could have been way better and not that soon. Nobody likes to be sold that way actually.
