You’re throwing away money because you don’t understand funnels.🗑️
But I’ll make it simple.
How I use funnels to run my 600k/mo biz:
1. Forms & Surveys
  • Forms are short questionnaires I use to get contact info from leads.
These let me qualify & follow up with them - usually after giving a lead magnet.
  • Surveys are multi-step forms that break long series of questions into smaller pages.
I usually use surveys when I need tons of info to create personalized lead magnets.
Some different ways I use forms/surveys:
🧾Billing - Used when somebody's payment fails. The reason is cited & a team member is notified to solve the issue.
✍️Client Feedback - Suggestions from clients to improve my product. Always get feedback from your fans.
🤓Affiliate Registration - Gives the needed info to connect an affiliate with our system.
✉️Email Registration - Instead of the choice to get all emails or no emails, we give the choice to receive less to prevent more unsubs.
2. Funnels/Websites
I use both funnels & websites in my agency... but what’s the difference?
  • Websites act as a homepage for your business.
Viewers don’t have a specific task - they’re just getting more info.
  • Funnels are series of pages that take leads down a specific path.
You’re trying to get 1 action - so the entire page serves that goal.
3 types of funnels I use:
📞Call-Booking Funnel
The only goal of this is to book a call.
The top of the page is a bare bones opt-in & headline.
This gets their info - If they don’t book on the next page you can still contact them.
The rest of the page should build authority.
Use testimonials, results, & publications to do it.
🧲Lead Magnet Funnel
This is like a call booking funnel - but you exchange info for a valuable resource.
This gets leads more effectively because it gives free value.
The more valuable your lead magnet the more effective this funnel.
Once you give the LM show a thank you page with qualifying questions.
If they’re a good fit push for a call & follow up with text/email.
🎫Low-Ticket Funnel
The goal of this funnel is to get clients in the door for free or at a profit.
The strategy is to run ads to a low ticket item followed by upsells/OTOs.
You might lose money on the initial purchase but you can make it back (& much more).
Plus: they’ll likely turn higher ticket later💰.
It’s 3x easier to convert a $100 buyer to a $10,000 buyer - Rather than a $0-spent stranger.
This is how funnels run my $600k/mo agency.
