Happy Wednesday, everyone! Kids are back to school, and houses have fewer distractions for some. What does this look like for your fall rhythms? I am back at my desk a bit more. Balancing bringing in my garden, doing a space overhaul in my house, and stepping into what I need to accomplish in the next 4 months. Where am I starting? A plan! Penciling in what my goals are and how I'm going to architect my calendar are key. (Also attending the MOY workshop on Sept 11 & 12) How about you? How are you leaning out of summer and into fall to create what you desire?

Hey everyone, in this video, I’m excited to welcome Raji, @Rajeshwari Kantamneni our newest member of WellnessProAcademy! Raji has a Master's in Computer Science and works in the medical device industry, and her journey into wellness began with health challenges her son faced. She’s ready to implement the WPA model and build a community for people becoming their personal healer through Ayurveda. I met Raji through our partnership with the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine, and I believe her experience will greatly enrich our group.
