two things that resonated with me, intention and practicality.
When we approach even sleep with intention, as a ibada, we give it the value it deserves. This is something that i am guilty of, forgetting to have intention behind daily habits.
I am going to sleep well tonight to be able to do my ibada effectively tomorrow.
i do a combination of what the brothers mentioned today, having a range for bed time, and a slowing down routine.
My addition to tonight sleep is moving as soon as i wake up, as i usually feel groggy and want to snooze, and will checkout the sleep alarm app. (tho am quite sure it will need a wrist band to figure out my cycle which i dont have rn)
