Your Feedback Matters
Hello my loves, Who here has gone through the Metabolism & Fat loss training? Those of you who have, I would really appreciate some feedback: - Was it easy to follow? - What do you think is missing? - Is there anything I should add that you think would be helpful to you? - Was there any spect that was confusing or not clear enough? - If you didn't complete it, why not? (was it too long, boring etc?) Please comment below your honest thoughts 👇(if I don't know, I can't change it or make it better for you). Sam x p.s I am not easily offended, I really do want your honest thoughts, your feedback is literally the only way I can improve things 🙏 Thank you in advance x

Hi Sam, where do I find this? I’m still learning how to use the site xx
💫Something NEW Is Coming💫
When we think about losing belly fat and metabolic health, we think about diet and exercise as a priority, but, two of THE most important organs responsible for allowing us to release 👉body fat is the Liver & Thyroid These organs when hampered by toxicity makes it so much harder to shed excess body fat (and its almost impossible to FEEL vibrant). Our bodies don't know what to do with so many man-made toxins, they often get stored within our fat cells as a safety mechanism. Which is bad news when we're trying to shift body fat and feel energised. 🎉I'm a huge fan of "mindful application", meaning, being mindful of what we apply to the skin is important when it comes to hormonal balance and liver health. 🤸‍♀️The thyroid and liver are huge drivers of our metabolic health. Aside from good quality food, to minimise toxicity in my life, I pay attention to the ingredients and potential endocrine disruptors: 🧴Skin care topicals - moisturisers, serums, cleansers, SPF. 👩‍🦱Haircare - shampoo, conditioner & styling sprays. 💄Make-Up - foundations, especially lip products as a lot of them contain lead. 🌫 Deoderant - aerosols, body sprays- most contain alluminium which is a big baddie for our hormones. 🪥Toothpaste -Flouride hampers thyroid function (thyroid glad governs the Metabolism). -Body creams -Foot creams (the feet absorb everything very easily) ➡️Just by lessening the load on these organs, regaining balance & vitality becomes easier. Over the years, I've been slowly been trialing my own homemade products to really minimise toxic load. Its been a journey of discovery and multiple failed attempts! But, I've perfected making: ✅Deoderant ✅Cleansing oil ✅Facial oil (mainly for pigmentation & brightening) ✅Moisturiser ✅Healing night balm ✅Shampoo ✅Lip balm ✅Cheek blush ✅Conditioner ✅SPF It's so empowering to know how to make these things for ourselves, to know and be confident in exactly what's going on to your precious body. AND it's really easy!

Hi Sam, thank you; this sounds amazing. I’m excited about all of them but the facial oil for brightening sounds incredible xx

🎉 What are you celebrating from February? I’ve had a really tough month with my hormones and mental health so I’m celebrating that I got through the month. 🔥 What are you releasing as you move into March? My negative thoughts that March will be the same as February for me. 🌿 What are your intentions for this new month? Walk 8000 steps a day, eat well and keep improving my water intake 💪
