What are you automating in your business?
Much of what we create is the result of many unseen forces happening just beneath the surface. As a result of some recent automations, I now have more time to create. Two automations specifically are going to save me hours of manual data entry while making my AI 10x smarter. In short: My Notion workspace now "talks" to my marketing platforms in real-time. 1. Email Marketing Sync: - My email metrics now flow automatically into the Notion database where I write my drafts. - The Result: Notion AI can now analyze my content and its effectiveness instantly. No more manual data entry or copy-pasting to see what’s working. 2. Threads & UTM Tracking: - I’m now syncing UTM data directly to the specific Threads post that generated a new subscriber. - The Result: I can see exactly which posts drive a sign-ups. Notion AI can now analyze which content converts instead of just vanity metrics. Why this matters: It might sound technical, but it means I spend less time on spreadsheets and more time using AI-driven insights to create better content. So I’m curious — what are you automating in your business right now? - If you’re already automating, what’s your favorite automation? - If you haven't started yet, what's the one manual task you'd love to get off your plate? 👇 Let me know in the comments!

I don't automate anything, however I really don't have a need to do that at this point.
Musical interlude during our exciting tournament
What's your favorite ridiculous, fun, or parody song? Comment below with a link to it on YouTube. (You can find mine in the comments below.) And if you want to know WHYYYY I might be asking you this pointless question... I wrote an email once about how even entertainment gets boring after a while, if it's the same kind of entertainment. So baseball team owners introduced fireworks to juice audiences beyond just what the athletics could do... A Croatian pop singer (possibly) leaked a sex tape to get more interest and sympathy than her singing alone could do... And I'm taking a break from our ongoing sports-like teaching tournament to talk about music. Same for you. If you've been giving people interesting anecdotes, or analogies, or any other form of infotainment over and over in your emails, that's good... ... but you need throw in a changeup among all the fastballs. Such as for example, working in some pop culture, in the form of your favorite ridiculous, fun, or parody song. So list yours below, and then, for bonus points, work it into your email today.

How would you respond?
I just woke up... to an email from a guy who replied to my email this morning... "I feel for you, Maliha. It's tough to sell anything at the moment. Nobody has any money. This economy should be ashamed of itself!" I know the economy is bad for many people... But I also know many people spending money just fine... So I have no idea how to respond to this... Any ideas from House dwellers?

Huh. It's crazy that someone just bought something well over the value of that course in your POP UP (unplanned ( AUCTION for 1k. Seems like the economy is doing fine for you. ☺️
[Small Win Saturdays] What's yours for this week?
The return of Small Win Saturdays... I found this thread fun and useful last week. I wanna make it a regular thing. So let me ask... what was your small win this week?

@Ralph George I can definitely see that. Website is still slow even after going to hello for the theme.
What can you teach?
I got a message a couple days ago from @Michael Silk. Michael wrote: === I have just seen a post on LinkedIn and the post starts out.. "I just became CEO of a 10M ARR Tech Scaleup. What can you do for us? Comment with your one liner below." (The post set some rules beyond that and how if he was interested he'd get back to people, but that was the main part of the post). === Michael thought I could do something similar here in Daily Email House. The tone of the "10M ARR Tech Scaleup" CEO isn't really my style... but I think the idea is sound. In fact, I already did something like this here in Daily Email House, almost exactly a year ago. Michael's message reminded me that I should do it again. So lemme ask you: What can you teach? What's something you can put a presentation about for people inside Daily Email House? Maybe you just enjoy teaching and are always ready to do it. But maybe you need some better reasons. Here are a few: 1. You can float an idea here and gauge in a low-stress, low-effort way whether there's any value in pursuing it further. 2. If there is interest, you can get my feedback, input, and help into organizing your presentation, or even organizing it into a product. (I'm offering my feedback, input, and help both to encourage you, and to make sure any presentations will be of high-caliber and valuable for other House members.) 3. If you do give your presentation, you can use feedback from the group to polish and improve what you're teaching, so you can then turn it into a paid offer (or a free lead magnet). 4. You can get ready testimonials or even case studies from people here. 5. Though I make no promises about this, if you do turn a presentation into an offer, and if I feel it's a fit for my own list, I would love to promote it, and help you get sales and more exposure. 6. Maybe by teaching something valuable yourself, you encourage others inside Daily Email House to teach something valuable as well, which ends up benefiting you and everyone else down the line.
