Got back to working out yesterday coming from a work trip last week. Finished my pull day today. It was a struggle coming back but have to push my limits. It going to holiday soon so I have to lock in in getting better and not loosing track 💪 😁

Finished mine in 48 minutes. Increase weights and reps to make it intense 💪 😁 was drained after but loving the results
