@James Masotti sorry to hear about the challenges… onward and upward 💪

I am grateful for the last year or 2, which has been the most difficult period of my life. It has humbled me and brought me to my knees, literally. A good friend had been inviting me to church for ages, and I finally took him up on the invitation. I’m grateful for Jesus Christ, who paid a debt on my behalf that I never could, despite my best efforts. I’m currently searching for an investor to do a $350,000 second on my house, 1 year term, 15% interest. It appears that the friend I thought was in is buying a vacation home and doesn’t have the liquidity :( if you know if anyone who would take a look, let me know please

@Mindy Jensen I love that… the authenticity is what people respond to. I see it in so many of my “influencer” friends. The information is rarely new or revolutionary, it’s the personality of the presenter that is the key. The internet is a big place… there’s people out there for everyone, but for some reason I’ve failed to capitalize in this space even though it’s so obvious and opens so many doors. Part of my problem is I don’t know what I want to be when I grow up 😅

As I continue to figure out what I want to be when I grow up… I’m grateful for a couple of meaningful contracts for my construction company, a SubTo house falling into my lap, and logging the biggest poker win (I’m considering playing pro) of my life. This week I’ll get underway on the first construction project (20 unit motel) and get the SubTo house under contract

I don’t believe Trump will “end” the tariffs. They are a tool they can be wielded at any time to achieve economic and political objectives. Canada already folded and has proposed 0 tariffs flowing either way, that’s a great result in the first 48 hours.
