At a conference this week that’s focusing on A.I. implementation for real estate operators. I’d love to hear where The Ascentic stands on it and the outlook everyone has for it in their own lives.

Been working nonstop for the last few weeks. Trying to serve everyone and losing a bit of myself in the process. Having a weird day today I desperately need more friends in Austin - remote work is a miserable existence for me. Working hard on this and making progress but far from solved All that said I'm very aware that I have nothing but champagne problems. I'm healthy, we have financial stability, Miss Kate and I are great, and we have fairly meaningful work to do Now you: What are you grateful for What do you need help with?

Our dear leader Alex needs your help. He needs more friends in Austin, TX. I've introduced him to everyone I know in Austin, and now it's your turn. Who do you know in Austin? Contact them, ask them if you can introduce them to an amazing, rockstar of a person, then pull the old bait-and-switch and introduce them to Alex.

What are you grateful for? Mine: This weekend I went to Tampa for 2 days and got to create some video for a friend's company. Travel, creativity, and adventure are the 3 things that make me say yes, if I can get paid to do it then it's my favorite thing to say an immediate YES to While there, I talked to 3 friends who sent me nice messages about me, my cup runneth over. Now I'm back in Austin and working and looking to give back to people who I can serve <3 Love this tradition and I see no reason for it to end
