Summer internship
My son is looking for opportunities to learn commercial real estate next summer. He is going for his MBA at UNC Wilmington and is going to take his real estate licensing test at the end of this summer I believe. That being said he is interested in commercial real estate opportunities to help him grow. Anyone open to the idea of know anyone?

How many times a week should you lift/do cardio
I went and saw a nutritionist recently, and she told me that going to the gym 5 days a week to lift is too frequent, I should only do it twice a week. That that's what "they" recommend. I think she's a fucking moron for saying this You guys are all big and muscley. How frequently do you lift? She also said I should do cardio once a week. ???

I weight train 5 days a week in this training block and will start two days of boxing as my cardio. Next training block is three days of power and two days of boxing cardio.
