HOW’S YOUR YEAR SO FAR?
Quick check in. On a scale of 1 to 10 right now… Training consistency? Nutrition discipline? Energy levels? Sleep quality? Focus and intent? No fluff. Just numbers. If you’re below an 8 anywhere… why? We’re not judging. We’re auditing. Tomorrow I’m dropping something for those ready to raise their standards 🚀

Have BIGG weekends without the guilt!
Here’s how I manage my weekends 👇 I live by the 80/20 rule 💪🍕 80 percent discipline. Training done. Steps in. Nutrition on point. Consistency stacked Monday to Friday. That earns the 20 percent at the weekend 😄 Meals out with the family A drink with friends Laughs. Normal life. No guilt. Because when the foundations are solid, you don’t fall off track You stay in control You enjoy life And you still move forward week on week 📈 This isn’t about restriction It’s about balance Build the life you want and the body you’re proud of 🔥 Win the week. Enjoy the weekend. Repeat. Peace out ✌️

So is it ok to train Monday - Friday and have the weekend off.
BIGG easy morning wins
Morning activity is one of the simplest habits with the biggest upside. Getting moving early raises your heart rate and gets blood flowing around the body. Oxygen and nutrients reach your muscles and brain faster which helps you feel switched on instead of sluggish. Even a short burst of movement tells your body it’s time to wake up and perform. From a hormone perspective this is powerful. Morning activity helps regulate cortisol so you get the alertness benefits without staying stressed all day. It improves insulin sensitivity which means better blood sugar control fewer crashes and more stable energy. That alone sets you up for better food choices and improved consistency. It also kickstarts fat loss and metabolism. By increasing energy expenditure early you prime your body to burn fuel more efficiently throughout the day. You are flipping the switch from rest mode into action mode and that momentum carries into everything else you do. The brain benefits are just as big. Increased blood flow improves focus mood and mental clarity. Dopamine and endorphins rise which boosts motivation confidence and resilience. You feel sharper calmer and more in control before the day even throws its first challenge at you. Win the morning and you win the day. Small actions done early compound into better health performance and mindset. Key benefits • Raises heart rate and improves circulation • Improves hormone balance and cortisol control • Better blood sugar regulation and stable energy • Kickstarts metabolism and supports fat loss • Boosts focus mood and brain power • Builds momentum and discipline for the day ahead 10 to 15 minute morning activity ideas • Brisk outdoor walk ideally in daylight • Mobility and stretch flow for hips spine and shoulders • Bodyweight circuit squats press ups lunges plank • Light cardio bike rower or skipping at a steady pace • Breathwork combined with easy movement to reset posture and breathing Keep it simple. Get it done. Stack the wins early and let the rest of the day follow.

Im up at 5am every day Monday til Friday and in the gym for 6am to do a 40 - 50 minute session and then to work. It is the only way to start your day and Saturday-Sunday are my rest days but I’m still up at 6 am to take the dogs for walk.
