😱WAIT?! What if we had a digital double of ourselves…🤔
Yoo, I was wondering right, what if we as creators had a digital double of ourselves. Something that is super authentic, feels & reflects emotion, shows empathy etc. This would be so cool, to just have a certain second version of yourself that is more knowledgeable and makes you smarter aswell. I would love this since I have a personal brand. Like what if we could have Augmented Intelligence take over our personal brands, client deliveries, acquisition systems etc Sick right! Do you have a personal brand? Here's my YouTube & Instagram

🙊AI vs Humanity, utilize your Authentic Edge…
Yoo wassup guys, I’ve noticed that ai is taking over This is because people try to use artificial intelligence to replace humans We need to double down on augmented intelligence that innovates humans Enough about that, people are automating content aswell, especially in the info space, but where is the authenticity? Why is everyone copying each other? Well, it’s because people still believe that they have to ‘’follow an already proven system’’ Yeah sure, but I never wanted it to turn out where people just copy each other I actually found the solution to this How can we show our authentic edge within our content??? This is how I do it in a nutshell: 1. Funnel Approach - TOF (Awareness): Broad, human, relatable. Vlogs, raw stories, lifestyle clips → build trust & resonance. - MOF (Nurture): Problem-solving + personal stories. Show frameworks, answer questions → prove expertise. - BOF (Convert): Case studies, whiteboard breakdowns, client results → solve big pains, clear CTA to book. 2. Core Principles - Authenticity > Polish: Show real personality, leave imperfections in. - Emotional Hook: If it doesn’t make you feel, it won’t connect. - Proof → Promise → Plan: Show credibility, give a promise, then deliver insight. - 3:1 Rule: Three value posts for every direct CTA. - Professional but Human: Look sharp, but be vulnerable, funny, honest. 3. Execution (Weekly) - 7 long-form videos → 4 TOF, 2 MOF, 1 BOF. - 21 short clips repurposed (binge-worthy, punchy, story-driven). 🤔Ever wondered how a 16yo coach closed €3,5k in 2 months? no ai
No? Okay all good lol But I am still going to explain it to you And today I wanted to cover the Instagram part of my Content Ecosystem I was able to warm people up, build trust, and funnel people from Instagram Here is how: 1: First of I would obviously create daily reels, don't belief me? Check it out lol https://www.instagram.com/pepijnverheijen_/. This way I was able to get some more followers, like, and comments. And everyone who liked, commented or followed me, I reached out to as an outbound lead And now that we got a few leads, and we need to warm them up / nurture them, we come to the second thingy which is... 2: Instagram Story Sequences With these story sequences it is wayyy easier to warm up our followers and also to: 1. share value 2. Give behind the seen insights 3. Show results and proof 4. Connect w/ the audience And also to add a certain CTA in there to make sure people can reach out to you But this can only be done with an... 3: Optimized Instagram Landing page You have to treat it like a landing page and therefore have places for people to go to when the land on your page So think about a: 1. optimized bio and profile picture 2. certain CTA's in the bio 3. a free training as the link 4. a 'START HERE' story highlight All of this has been designed to make people understand where to go and to know exactly what you do, how you do it, and how you've done it for others and yourself. I made a full video about all the different content ecosystems including the one for Instagram Feel free to check it out HERE

🤑How I closed an €3k client as a 16yo (FULL BREAKDOWN)
Here is the exact full breakdown on how I closed a 3k deal as a 16 year old entrepreneur from the Netherlands who just got into the coaching space two months ago. Alright, so there were two main things that I leveraged the most. The first one is my own trust ecosystem and there are three components under this trust ecosystem. So the first one is upfront X transparency, the second one is effort X dedication, and the third one is expertise. So upfront X transparency means, and how I leverage this, is by mentioning the offer. So the fact that I want to make an offer, mentioning it either before the call or after the call. And it also includes the fact that I never hide things behind my back when someone asks for it. When someone asks me for the pricing or for anything else, I answer it with full transparency. Effort X dedication, this is where I make sure I give a shitload of free value in order to show that I care, and help this person out for free. Because another thing, people don't care about your free value and therefore you need to understand that you can never give enough free value. Because people pay for implementation, action, and accountability. Keep that in mind. Alright, then the third one is the expertise. Expertise is shown by optimizing your socials and making sure that you show yourself as the guy who actually done what he has told people that he wants to do. So make sure, and this is a very important one, get some results and also remember that your value can cover for results if you don't have them yet. So what I mean with this is when you don't have any proof that the things you're telling actually worked for you or for others, you can just cover it with the value. And also remember that you don't have to be a level 10 in order to teach someone how to do something. Being a level 2 or a level 3, you can teach someone who's a level 0 or a level 1. Keep that in mind. Alright, then the second thing on how I meant to close this deal was leveraging my own content ecosystem.

Have you got your first client yet? honestly, it's simple
If I lost everything and had to sign my first coaching client again, this is exactly what I’d do. This is how I closed a 3k deal myself Define your ICP. Be specific. Know their age, situation, pain points, bottlenecks, and the exact outcome they want. When your content speaks directly to their pain, they listen. And they trust. Pick a niche. No broad “self-improvement” stuff. Get ultra-specific. Something like “screen-time coaching for 16–30-year-old entrepreneurs.” Craft your offer. Don’t sell the process. Sell the result. Instead of “I help guys get in shape,” say “I help you get fit in 90 days so you attract your first girlfriend.” Be specific. Be outcome-driven. Build a content ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram, and Skool. Long-form value on YouTube. Proof, reels, and story highlights on Instagram. Community and nurturing on Skool. All three platforms should feed into each other. Your profiles aren’t social media—they’re landing pages. Have a clear CTA. Highlight what you do, how you do it, and results you’ve gotten. DM strategy. Give massive value in the DMs. Free advice, voice notes, looms, docs. Help people without asking for anything. People don’t pay for information. They pay for implementation, accountability, and clarity. Be helpful first. Close second. Build the trust triangle. Upfront transparency: ask if you can make an offer before the call. Effort and education: send custom looms, long messages, and actually care. Expert positioning: be the one person who clearly solves their problem. Momentum = trust flywheel. Help someone → get a testimonial → build trust → get a client → repeat. Don’t wait for paid clients to ask for testimonials. If you helped someone on a call or in the DMs, ask them to record one. This builds social proof instantly and creates momentum. On the call, ask yourself: is this person 101% ready? If yes, pitch the offer. If no, give value, walk them through a few steps, and book the second call. Before that second call, ask again for permission to pitch.
