You Are Not Alone, and This Is Not Just for You
It's so good to remember... to remember what slowing down and breathing together feels like, to remember who I am and what I came here to do. to remember not just mentally, but somatically. Today's community breathwork call was something special - deeply moving. People released a lot of energy. I saw at least seven eyes shed tears. Real tears. The kind that comes when we connect with something real - that something behind the masks of our personas. There is something incredible that happens when we move and breathe in community. The energy starts flowing through us. Not just individually, but collectively. (Dr. Joe Dispenza recently came out with a study further proving this. Here is the IG Reel synopsis) Something that came up during the session, and I want to repeat it here exactly, was this: - “You are not alone" - we are way more interconnected with each other and with the environment than we usually realize. More cells in your body belong to "other" than to "you" - "This is not just for you.” - every time you regulate your system, every time you breathe consciously and coherently, you create ripples. What you do matters. When we breathe like this together, we raise collective consciousness. We leave the world a little bit better than we found it.
