VAs: What’s one tool you recommend to every client?
We all have that one tool that instantly makes clients’ lives easier. The thing you end up suggesting on every kickoff call…Because it just works. Could be: - A project management tool - An automation app - A communication enhancer - A file-organization tool - A reporting dashboard - A scheduling system Drop it below: What’s the one tool you recommend to almost every client you work with? And bonus points — tell us why.

Google Workspace is the best option for your business because it keeps all of your information centralized, protected, and accessible ..... no matter who comes or goes. When employees use personal emails or scattered tools, important documents, passwords, and communication threads get lost the moment someone leaves. That creates gaps, delays, and unnecessary stress. With Google Workspace: Everything is centrally owned by the company — not individual employees. Emails, Drive files, calendars, and shared documents stay with the organization, so you never lose critical information. You can immediately transfer data when someone exits. Their entire inbox, files, and any shared resources can be reassigned to another team member with one click. Access is controlled and secure. You can remove a former employee’s login instantly, protecting sensitive information while keeping all of their work intact. Team collaboration becomes seamless. Everyone works from the same shared folders, documents, calendars, and systems.... preventing miscommunication and file hunting. You look and operate more professionally. [email protected] builds trust, helps with branding, and keeps client communication consistent. It grows with your business. Whether you’re a team of 3 or 300, Workspace adjusts without disruption. Google Workspace keeps your business organized, secure, and functioning even when your team changes. It protects your data, your workflow, and your peace of mind.
Most requested services?
What do clients hire you for the most? Not the thing you can do, or even would LIKE to do.... The thing people pay you for, over and over again. That thing that you get referred for the most. Curious, what are your most common VA service requests?

Quick Tips: Your Online Presence = Your First Impression
Some of us don’t see ourselves through the lens of others and it’s so not about being judgmental. It’s about alignment. If you want to get paid your worth, you also have to see your worth. In today’s world, the first “hello” is usually online. Your photos, your tone, your content… they tell your story before you ever speak. Here are a few tips to elevate that digital first impression: 1. Ask Yourself: Would You Hire You? Look at your page like a stranger. Would you feel confident, inspired, or curious? Or confused? 2. Choose Photos That Match Your Energy Soft, professional, approachable or bold, creative, and powerful. Whatever it is, just make sure it’s intentional. 3. Take Feedback as Data, Not Criticism I was recently told I look too serious in my photos. Instead of getting offended, I received it with gratitude. It helped me reflect and shift my visuals to a softer, more inviting professional look. 4. Update Your Content Regularly People grow. Brands evolve. Your online presence should too. Refresh your photos and copy every so often. 5. Showcase Your Personality A smile, a warm color palette, or a relatable caption can completely change how people feel about you. 6. Remember: Visuals Communicate Value When your brand looks like a brand, people are more willing to pay you like one.

@Faith Ugwulebo Practice makes progress, but can I ask, how do you find out they got funding? And where are they getting their funds?
