The routines behind a multi-six-figure strength business — want them?
I've obtained the exact workout routines behind a multi-six-figure strength training business — and I'm giving them away free. Beginner. Advanced. Core. Posterior chain. Female-preference. Specialised. You name it. Comment "YES" below and I'll send them over. 👇 Big thanks to Blair Wilson!!

I’m looking forward to listening to this conversation. Before I do—this idea of being “average-looking” has come up a lot during my PT course and even at my day job. Some younger lads expect me to be shredded and bronzed year-round. Nothing wrong with that, but it’s not my goal. There seems to be this assumption that everyone in the fitness industry should look like a bodybuilder. I don’t buy that. Most men don’t need to be stage-lean—they need to be strong, capable, and consistent. That’s the standard I’m aiming for, and want to help busy dads acheive this.

Very good good call men, I hope at some point to attend (my work schedule clashes) never thought of sending out flyers, would like to hear how this works out. I've heard bark mentioned a few times since joining this community, so this is something I will try in the near future. I like the feedback about staying in your lane and not muddying the water by providing too many services

Excellent video, man. Really, really enjoyed it. I got some nice takeaways. I love the fact that you spoke about reaching out to your network and even if your customers have potentially stopped working with you, it's worthwhile calling back because they may become your customer again. I also love the fact you're talking about the home boutique or shed setup. What would be the key pieces to put into a shed type of setup or could a start up with free weights?
☕ Coffee Hour Now on Thursdays (Free Group)
Once a month, the Coffee Hour call overlaps with the HIB Pro Client Attraction Call. Instead of rescheduling each time, I’ve permanently moved the weekly Coffee Hour to: Thursdays at 3pm IST / 10am ET See you there!

I might be able to stop by if my day goes to plan on Thursday
Garden Shed Gym
This might inspire some of you garage gym lovers.... "The garden shed. No landlord, no staff, no commute, no general public (only the ones we like!) and almost no overheads. What’s not to like?!" ~ James T (Follow on Instagram) James T sold his gym in 2018 and now does ~50 sessions a week in his home studio. All selectorized machines (I believe) mostly MedX. No financing. Controls his own diary. Living the dream 😁 💪

@Lawrence Neal Yes I can see the bigger picture and potential of your system. I have some time to figure things out, Ideally I want to be self employed sooner rather that later, I will take leap (actively working towards it) but don't have time stamp just yet I think If I was to have 40 sessions a week the shed would fall apart!!!

@Lawrence Neal I never advocate dropping weights, unless you’re testing a 1RM deadlift and let the bar come down naturally to avoid wasting energy. The shed is sturdy enough, but I still don’t drop weights in there — just in case. I’d say I would get plenty of incidental training just from loading the bar. That said, I know tradesmen who still weight train properly to maintain their strength.
