Hello, I'm Forrest, and I've been involved with resistance training for over 70 years. In the 1960's I spent my summers in California, where I worked for a nutritionist named Rhio H. Blair. While in California, I worked out at Vince's Gym in West Hollywood, where my first personal trainer was Larry Scott, who was the very first Mr. Olympia. In 1970, I opened the 2nd Nautilus Health Club in America, and I continued to work closely with Arthur Jones for several years. In 1973, I invented a very early version of what is now ARX. Due to insurance issues, this machine was only on the market for a few months. During this time, it was picked up and used by the US Olympic Weight Lifting Team, the San Francisco 49ers, a top 5 Mr. Olympia contender, and I coached a power lifting team that set 6 world records in 3 months. I've been in and out of the industry for several years until 6 years ago when I opened a small bio-hacking HIT facility in Plano, TX.
