Let’s talk “toned” 👀
Can we clear something up? When most women say they want to get “toned,” they’re actually saying: “I want to look lean, firm, sculpted, and strong.” But you can’t tone what isn’t there. 👉 Toning = Building lean muscle + lowering body fat 👉 Sculpting = Shaping your body with intentional training This is exactly why inside FPM, we teach you how to train like a woman, not a bodybuilder. If you’ve spent months (or years) trying to get smaller, but still don’t feel any more defined or confident in your shape… you’re not broken. You’re just missing this piece. Let’s change that. Let’s set the tone for the week together queens! 🔥 If you’ve been stuck in all-or-nothing mode (you know, where you go from meal prepping and training 5x/week… to saying “f**k it” and ghosting the gym for a month), it’s time to reset. Your body doesn’t need perfect. It needs consistent effort. Inside FPM, we call this the Feminine Reset, the first phase where we teach our clients how to drop the extremes, stop starting over every Monday, and build long-term consistency that actually lasts.
