Vivid Vision - Get your team to be so bought in you can't fail...
Hey everyone, I thought this would be a good place to share this. Not really a question but hopefully it adds value to the group.. I created a vivid vision for our company a few months back and we use it as a hiring tool and a north star. It has helped me get massive buy in from A-players that have recently joined my team and they are so bought in because they can see the vision of where the team is going and what we are striving for! Let me know if you have questions :) Here was a recent hires response to the vivid vision during the interview process that I think is telling of how they can see themselves with us in the future.: As for my feedback on the Vivid Vision, I found it very inspiring as a person of potential employment. I feel especially motivated by this vision due to the statement of unwavering values and letting your faith be the guide in all the company invests in. I think a lot to myself that values seem to be a thing of the past so I find this very promising. I try to instill these values to my child and to be an example of these values to all around me. The Bridge to the future I thought was clever and on point. I also appreciated how you explained in detail the team information. I feel excited for all the new innovative ideas that I could potentially be a part of. I am very community focused as well. I myself have had to ask for help from the community for help as a survivor and still do sometimes as a completely solo parent to a child with special needs. I have had to become extremely resourceful and am working on a project with my church where I share information on resources for those in need. I think I would have a lot to offer in this area of your community investment. Developing future leaders is also motivational to me as well because I am very interested in learning and growing within the company. The Housing Hope is something I would love to be a part of. The Remote Work support is exactly what I have been searching for to become self-sufficient and still be a mama to my kiddo, and felt very appreciative of a potential opportunity to be a part of this vision. I found every vision to be very exciting and I was feeling accomplished and excited to even be invited to read this vision of yours. I am looking forward to speaking with you and if I have to move to Montana by 2027âŚ.twist my arm.
