Huge milestone today — we officially locked up a property under contract! 🙌This is exactly what happens when you stick to the strategy, stay persistent, and keep putting in the reps. More details coming soon — but for now, celebrating the win and gearing up for due diligence, operations planning, and investor communication.

🚀 Looking for Active Partners – 13-Unit Value-Add in Greensboro, NC
Hey everyone! I’m working on a 13-unit multifamily value-add project in Greensboro, North Carolina, and I’m looking to connect with active partners who want to collaborate on this deal. This is a hands-on project with strong potential. It’ll take teamwork to reposition and stabilize, and I’m building a small, aligned team of people who want to contribute, learn, and grow together through real action. If you’re actively pursuing deals and want to collaborate on a solid project, let’s connect and see if there’s a good fit!

Welcome @Charles Alston III
Introduction
I am a 19-year-old college athlete from Rantoul, IL. I’m not a complete beginner, I’ve been interested since my senior year of high school. Now I’m ready to take action. If anyone has any tips for me, I’m completely open to them.

Welcome @Conner Smith. I'm in Illinois also, but I'm just West of Chicago. When I was renting out apartments in buildings I owned, I learned that the two times a landlord is sure to lose money is when they rush, and/or when they feel sorry for the tenant
Balancing Career and Getting Into Real Estate
Hello all, I’m a new member in the mentorship as of a couple days ago. As I’m sitting in my hotel room in South Korea and about to fly to Hong Kong in a few hours. I’m just curious if there are others out there that are getting started in the real estate game, but balancing their existing career? How do you continue to drive forward to meet new goals you’re setting for yourself when you are still grinding at the so called “9 to 5”? I’m in a bit of a unique situation, flying cargo for an airline. I’m gone half of every month and don’t have connectivity in the air to be on this community, learn from the course material (as it’s not downloadable…YET!!!! Please make them downloadable on the app), research markets, analyze deals, and so on and so forth. Is anyone in the same boat traveling internationally frequently and trying to get their feet under them in this space? I’ve got an idea for my memoir now that I’m writing this post. It’s called “Jet Lag: Grounding Yourself in Real Estate while Soaring Through the Sky” lol

I've invested in single-family and 4-unit buildings in the past. I am looking forward to getting my first large multi-family building.
