Property Tax Increases
At what point does one contest it? Purchased a 6-Plex this year and it shows 22%Change. And as far as predicting when underwriting anyone have a good rule of thumb?

Generally you can attest after you own it for a year. I have an amazing contact for this too if you need it. They will use your P&L to show valuation and only charge 25% if they win.

Obviously every state is different though so you need to take that into consideration.
