I just closed on my first large multifamily deal, 9 units bringing me to 20 units total. Big thanks to @Christian Osgood for all the help, the mentorship has given me the confidence to take on bigger deals and get out of my comfort zone. I found this deal off market by networking with owners. Currently working on an 8 unit and a 30 unit too! 🇺🇸

... it took some time to finally get this gem under contract, after 3 revisions of the contract, seller was comfortable with the collateral. This is a seller financed deal. Praying for wisdom to cross the finish line successfully with God's help and guidance. Blessings to you all !!!

This is a MASSIVE step forward for me. Prior to this, my largest building is a humble little quadplex. This is my first-ever creative financing structure. First time doing *anything* with RVs—1 month ago I knew absolutely nothing about them. Becomes the largest property I own. Triples the size of my portfolio. And I have to sprint to perform the value add and refinance out of expensive debt. I might be a little crazy 😅 Wouldn’t have EVER reached this point if I had not joined the Mentorship! Well things are looking good, looks like I have the capital raised on the deal I presented last night. Now waiting on the broker to get this thing under contract and start due diligence! I believe im maybe a week into multifamily strategy and getting a little nervous how easy this seams to be!
