🤖 AI: How to Use Claude Memory (and Why It Changes Everything)
If you’ve ever felt like you’re starting from scratch every time you open AI…this is the shift. Claude has Memory—which means it can remember your past conversations and connect the dots for you over time.🥳 💡 Not just answers…continuity. *This rolled out to all Claude users (including Free tier) last March 2026. -------------------------------- WHY THIS MATTERS FOR US ADHD MOMPRENEURS We already hold a lot in our heads—business ideas, family needs, random notes, half-finished plans… 👉 Memory turns Claude into a place where your thoughts can live and build, instead of getting lost.🥰 So instead of: “Wait…what was I doing again?” 😖 You can ask: ✔️ “What have I been working on lately?” ✔️ “Summarize my ideas from last week.” ✔️ “Help me continue that project.” -------------------------------- 🪙SAVE TOKENS: Using Claude Memory generally saves tokens compared to manually repeating context in every new chat. 💃💃💃 Quick explanation: Tokens are basically how AI reads and processes text (think: words + pieces of words). More tokens = more input = more “cost” in time, energy, and limits. (and remember—AI is processing all of that, which takes real electricity and energy behind the scenes⚡️) By storing essential context like… ✔️ Project details ✔️ Coding standards ✔️ Personal preferences …in a persistent memory layer, you eliminate the need to paste large blocks of text into every session. 👉 Less repeating 👉 Less mental load 👉 More space to actually think and create That’s a time saver ⌛ and an energy saver for our ADHD brains. 🧠 👉 This aligns perfectly with our philosophy: “What would make this simpler?” -------------------------------- How to use it (super simple) 1. Go to Settings → Capabilities 2. Turn ON “Search and reference past chats” 3. Start using prompts like: “Continue where we left off…” “What did we decide about…” “Pull together everything we discussed on…” That’s it. -------------------------------- THE SHIFT: We’re not using AI just for quick answers anymore.

@Katherine Lizardo I use Chat GPT and he/she is amazing
✨ This morning’s Execution Lab… wow.
I’m still feeling it.🥰 There’s something that happens when we get in a space together—not just to talk… but to experience each other in real time. After our call with @Anzumana Taal and @Elaina Rice, I feel… energized, inspired, grounded, and ready to move forward with direction.💪 And it reminded me of something important: 💞 Proximity changes everything. We can all be in different stages…different seasons…different levels in business… But we’re walking the SAME PATH. That’s why our Shared Cause matters. That’s why that visual I shared yesterday matters. Because it’s not just a graphic. It's what we’re actually living out together. There’s a quote by Deepak Chopra that stayed with me, and I'm paraphrasing here: 👉 Every person you meet affects you at a cellular level. (Meaning… every interaction shapes us in ways we don’t even fully see yet.) And I felt that today. Truly. 💞 Every time I’m in an Execution Lab with you all… I know—without a doubt—you are changing me for the better. For that, I am deeply grateful. 🙏 💡 And I finally found the words for what this space really is: The Execution Lab is not about more information. It's about the experience. The experience of: • Being seen • Being in motion together • Being around others who are building, trying, adjusting, and continuing That’s what a real community feels like. That's what our community feels like to me. I hope it feels that way to you, too. 🌟To our small (but powerful) Execution Lab group…I truly appreciate you. 💞 And if you haven’t joined us yet, I highly recommend stepping into the room. Not for more strategies. Not for more ideas. But for the experience that helps you actually move forward. I'll stop now before I start getting teary-eyed with too much love in my heart. 🥹 ------------------------------------------------ 🧭 Your ONE Next Steps: 1. Look at the Shared Cause graphic → ask yourself: “Where am I on this path today?”
✨ This morning’s Execution Lab… wow.

@Katherine Lizardo thanks
What’s one task you keep putting off lately?
Quick question… ❓What’s something you keep saying --> “I have to do this”… but keep putting off? It can be for work, business, family, or life in general. And if you know...how much time do you THINK it'll take to do? (it doesn't have to be the actual time since we're timeblind 😄)

@Katherine Lizardo I need to get better at follow-ups Don't want to bother people
I’I'm asking something from this community today… and I don’t ask lightly.
This morning, during a CrossFit class, a dear friend of mine, Ilham, suffered a sudden brain aneurysm. She is now in surgery. Her son is by her side, facing something no child is ever prepared for. And I truly believe this: When people come together—with intention, with prayer, with love—something shifts. So I’m asking you, from the heart… Whatever you believe in: 🙏 Pray for Ilham ✨ Send healing thoughts 💛 Hold her and her son in your heart No explanations needed. No perfect words needed.Just a moment of genuine intention. Because sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do… is not nothing. Thank you for standing with her today.

You don’t need more discipline. You don’t need a stricter routine. 👉 You need a nervous system that isn’t fried. Because when you’ve been: • switching tasks all week • juggling kids + business + life • running on mental tabs that never close 😅 Your hormones go into: 👉 “survive now, regulate later” And guess what… Later never comes. 🔥 So here’s the shift: A relaxed weekend = hormone regulation = better focus next week ✔ lowers cortisol (so your brain stops racing) ✔ supports dopamine (hello motivation 👀) ✔ improves sleep (goodbye 3am thinking sessions) ✔ stabilises energy (less boom → crash) 💥 Real talk: If your weekend looks like “catch up on everything”… 👉 You’re borrowing energy from next week. 💛 Try this instead (ADHD-friendly): • Do LESS, but finish ONE thing → dopamine win • Build in white space (yes, on purpose) • Move your body (not punish it) • Step outside = instant nervous system reset • Laugh. A lot. (underrated hormone hack) 👉 Your turn: Are you recharging this weekend… or robbing next week? 😏 Drop one word below: 👉 Recharge or Robbing
