And something very clear started to emerge. So I want to name it. 🥰 ———————————————— ✨ Our Shared Cause We are building a way of living where ADHD moms (and dads) can create meaningful work, raise their families, and move forward with direction…using systems rooted in compassion, not pressure. Even a “yes,” “kind of,” or “not quite” helps.) ————————————————— 🧭 My Reason For Our Shared Cause As I reflected on everything you’ve shared, I noticed that even though we’re all in different stages… We’re moving through the SAME patterns: • Overwhelm → Direction • Self-Doubt → Self-Trust • Isolation → Shared Momentum • Information → Execution • Pressure → Compassion-Based Systems So I turned this into a simple visual using ChatGPT (see below 👇) 💛 How to use this: This isn’t something to “complete.” It’s a gentle reminder you can print + tape on your mirror (or a place you can see it frequently).
