Still trying to understand your ADHD?
Happy Friday, my Thriving friends! I was DM-ing with one of our members about this, and I thought you might find it helpful as well. 🔴 If you're trying to understand your ADHD better, I invite you to watch this. This is a podcast interview I did a year ago with a wonderful journalist...also named Katherine🥰...specifically Katherine Ellison, a Pulitzer Prized-Winning Journalist who has ADHD herself. I was honored to be interviewed by someone like her in support of a non-profit organization called FindtheADHDgirls. Their mission is to help girls with ADHD get identified and supported before age 8. When you have 27 minutes, watch it at 1.5x speed (to save time) (I do that, too!). What you'll get from the personal stories I share in this podcast: 1. "Odd" feelings and symptoms of ADHD and Depression 2. The deeper meaning behind "hitting a wall" with your lack of diagnosis late in life 3. The connection between ADHD and female hormones, menstruation, perimenopause, menopause, and other drastic hormonal changes in a female's life cycle After you watch it, I'd love to know what resonated with you. I wish you all a phenomenal weekend! As always, I appreciate you. 🙏 P.S. I'm a professional speaker. If you know any Skool communities that might want to hear my stories, please let them or me know. Reframing the global conversation toward compassion, starting with mental health and ADHD is my mission. Thank you in advance for thinking of me. 🥰

ADHD Mompreneurs… this one’s for you 👇
You don’t need more discipline. You don’t need a stricter routine. 👉 You need a nervous system that isn’t fried. Because when you’ve been: • switching tasks all week • juggling kids + business + life • running on mental tabs that never close 😅 Your hormones go into: 👉 “survive now, regulate later” And guess what… Later never comes. 🔥 So here’s the shift: A relaxed weekend = hormone regulation = better focus next week ✔ lowers cortisol (so your brain stops racing) ✔ supports dopamine (hello motivation 👀) ✔ improves sleep (goodbye 3am thinking sessions) ✔ stabilises energy (less boom → crash) 💥 Real talk: If your weekend looks like “catch up on everything”… 👉 You’re borrowing energy from next week. 💛 Try this instead (ADHD-friendly): • Do LESS, but finish ONE thing → dopamine win • Build in white space (yes, on purpose) • Move your body (not punish it) • Step outside = instant nervous system reset • Laugh. A lot. (underrated hormone hack) 👉 Your turn: Are you recharging this weekend… or robbing next week? 😏 Drop one word below: 👉 Recharge or Robbing

Nothing worked this morning!
Something that was supposed to take 10 minutes…ended up being 40 minutes…and it was still a fail! 🤪 Have you had those moments? I wanted to record a quick Loom video — that “should” have taken only 10 mins…5 mins to record, 5 minutes to post inside our community with text explaining it. I wanted to “Show & Execute” my plan this week for you all. But after Loom kept crashing in the middle of my recording FOUR TIMES…after rebooting my computer…after uninstalling and reinstalling Loom desktop and chrome extension…after its been 45 mins already instead of just 10…I finally called it quits. I still had to go to my son’s Robotics competition! 😆 Now I’m in the Robotics competition. I’ll record that Loom tonight (if at all). That’s just Mompreneur-life. I’m having an Oreo Frappuccino to calm myself down and feel better. Fail. Iterate. Move on. Next. 😄 UPDATE: I took this video at the Robotics competition. High school students built these robots from scratch - programming, electronics, metal work, wood work, etc. 🤯

Do you want this webinar: permanent weight loss (35+ years old)?
Hi, my thriving friends! I just had one of those conversations that leaves you feeling energized, aligned, and like something really good is about to happen. 🤗 👉 I met an incredible Skool community founder today who runs Confident 40s Method (free community), and we’re exploring doing a live webinar for our community. Her work is centered around helping high-achieving women experience permanent weight loss for happiness, confidence, and freedom (not restriction, not chasing a number… but actually feeling good in your body...isn't that refreshing?!). And I immediately thought of you. 🥰 This would be especially powerful for women 35+, but truly—anyone is welcome (even just to listen in or share with someone you love). Before we lock it in, I want to co-create this with you: Would you be interested in attending this live session? And if yes… What time works best for you? (drop your time zone too 🙌) Select from the poll below to choose your best time for the webinar. If this resonates, just comment: 👉 “I’m in + [your preferred time].”👈 If we see enough interest, we’ll make it happen. Who's in? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️
