How are you all doing right now? 🤗
What’s been feeling the most overwhelming for you in your life or business lately? It could be tasks, systems, content, keeping up with everything, or even just not knowing where to start. No pressure to have it all figured out. I’m just really curious where everyone is at right now 💛
I just wanted to tell you...
Just because something feels harder than you thought it would… It doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. ❤️ Sometimes the thing we’re building takes more time, more support, more rest, more courage, and more tiny next steps than we expected. And for ADHD brains like ours...usually it takes 2x longer than others. That doesn’t make it a failure. It may simply mean the path is asking us to grow differently than we planned. 🥹 So if today feels messy, slow, emotional, or unfinished… Please remember this: You are still moving. You are still learning. You are still becoming the woman who can hold the life, family, mission, and business you’re building. One compassionate next step still counts. 🤗 I appreciate you. 🙏

📌 How to Notice the Direction Your Life Is Moving
Over time, I’ve noticed something simple but powerful for me… What I consume daily quietly shapes my direction. Not in a dramatic way. But in small, repeated moments, I don’t always notice. So instead of changing everything…I simply started by NOTICING. Here are a few places I looked at: • Instagram saves — what keeps showing up? • YouTube — who do I keep returning to? • Pinterest — what am I collecting? • Screenshots — what felt important enough to keep? • Books — what’s calling my attention? • People I admire — what patterns do they share? • News — what type of news topics do I keep watching? - Music — what music do you keep wanting to listen to? No pressure. No judgment. Just self-awareness. And when what I'm consuming today aligns with where I want to go...Then I keep going. But if it doesn't...I gently shift what I consume next. That's how my direction has changed to who I am today... And who I want to become. 💛 ------------------------------------------- 🚀 Your Next Steps: I invite you to try it as well... 1. Choose ONE source from the list above. 2. Notice what you’ve been consuming there last week or even just yesterday. 3. Share your reflection in the comments (this is where the shift begins). 💬 Which one of these stood out to you today—and what did you notice? (Even one word is perfect. I’m curious what you’re seeing 👀)

♥️ Our Shared Cause: What do you think? 🥰
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been paying close attention… To how this community has evolved. To your posts and comments To the conversations we’ve had together. And something very clear started to emerge. So I want to name it. 🥰 ———————————————— ✨ Our Shared Cause We are building a way of living where ADHD moms (and dads) can create meaningful work, raise their families, and move forward with direction…using systems rooted in compassion, not pressure. I’d love to know… ❓QUESTION 1: Does this resonate with you? (No pressure—just your honest reaction. Even a “yes,” “kind of,” or “not quite” helps.) ————————————————— 🧭 My Reason For Our Shared Cause As I reflected on everything you’ve shared, I noticed that even though we’re all in different stages… We’re moving through the SAME patterns: • Overwhelm → Direction • Self-Doubt → Self-Trust • Isolation → Shared Momentum • Information → Execution • Pressure → Compassion-Based Systems So I turned this into a simple visual using ChatGPT (see below 👇) 💛 How to use this: This isn’t something to “complete.” It’s a gentle reminder you can print + tape on your mirror (or a place you can see it frequently). The reminder is this: It’s something we move through—again and again—and that’s okay because we do it with more awareness and ease each time. 🥰 ——————————————— ❓QUESTION 2: Which part of this path are you in today? You can reply with: - The number (1–5) - The phrase - Or just a few words (Simple is perfect.😍 ) Sweet dreams, my friends. 🙏

⚠️ Caution: ADHD and Neurodiverse Communities & Offers
Hi, my Thriving friends! I posted this last year, and after my recent conversation with one of our members, I thought I pin this post again. As you've noticed, there's A LOT of ADHD and neurodiversity related Skool communities now. I think that's a good sign that more people want to better understand how our brains think differently. As I always say, I believe in collaboration (not competition). BUT, I've also heard how many of these communities are not serving our neurodiverse community well. While I do not know the details, I do know the pain as a fellow ADHDer, like you. That's why, I wanted to re-share my thoughts below. If you have a neurodiverse community, I invite you to reflect on this. If you know someone with a neurodiverse community, I invite you to share this (screenshot it). We can keep each other safe...together. I appreciate you all. 🙏 -------------------------PREVIOUS POST STARTS BELOW ------------ Hi, my Thriving ADHDers! I'm writing something I've been thinking about for a long time, and it's very dear to my heart...it's for ADHD mompreneurs like us. Since I wrote it for you, I would be honored to hear your thoughts on this before I publish it to the world. And if you needed to hear this today, this is for you... --------------------------------------------------START OF ARTICLE --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There’s a quiet danger in the ADHD space that no one’s really talking about… And as someone who’s now thriving after decades of struggle, I believe it’s time we do. Here’s what I’ve learned—and why it matters for ADHD moms like us. But first, I think it’s important to know who you’re reading from. For those who are new to my space, I’m Katherine Lizardo, and I’m not just on a journey to become a Thriving ADHD Mompreneur—I am one. But it wasn’t always this way. My transformation happened after many years, fears, and tears. For over two decades, I’ve lived with ADHD while building a meaningful career as a lawyer, raising two amazing boys (ages 14 and 5)—one with ADHD—and growing two purpose-driven businesses.
