I'm deeply grateful you decided to share your journey with us. I know there are plenty of communities for neurodiversity in Skool and beyond. And you chose to be here. I don't take that lightly. šŸ’ž Your trust in me and your compassion for each other inspire me to keep moving forward toward the BIG MISSION --> reframing the global narrative toward compassion, starting with mental health and ADHD. I appreciate all of you from the bottom of my heart. šŸ™

I wish I could clone myself...
Hi mommies with 2 or more kiddos! Have you ever thought of these exact words: "I wish I could clone myself?" 🤣 Asking for a friend. LOL! (me šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø)

I just wanted to tell you...
Just because something feels harder than you thought it would… It doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. ā¤ļø Sometimes the thing we’re building takes more time, more support, more rest, more courage, and more tiny next steps than we expected. And for ADHD brains like ours...usually it takes 2x longer than others. That doesn’t make it a failure. It may simply mean the path is asking us to grow differently than we planned. 🄹 So if today feels messy, slow, emotional, or unfinished… Please remember this: You are still moving. You are still learning. You are still becoming the woman who can hold the life, family, mission, and business you’re building. One compassionate next step still counts. šŸ¤— I appreciate you. šŸ™

@Wendy Venema Oh, my dear. I hear you. That's how my ADHD brain felt with a bunch of new ideas I have recently...that I felt paralyzed to even begin. 🄓 What helped me is my go-to-brain-overload-tool (I just made up that term right now šŸ˜†, but it is an effective strategy I've been doing for the last 2 decades): 1. I handwrote my ideas down so my ADHD brain doesn't have to keep carrying them. That lessens my anxiety of forgetting them. 2. I picked ONE tiny next step for only one idea. 3. I let the rest sit in the "later list" without shame, guilt, or judgment. 🄰 As a gentle reminder: You don't have to give every idea your full attention right now. Sometimes, the win is simply capturing the idea. Then, choosing what matters next. Maybe this question could help your ADHD brain sort your ideas out: šŸ‘‰ What's ONE idea that keeps coming back the loudest for you immediately after you read this question?
šŸ“Œ How to Notice the Direction Your Life Is Moving
Over time, I’ve noticed something simple but powerful for me… What I consume daily quietly shapes my direction. Not in a dramatic way. But in small, repeated moments, I don’t always notice. So instead of changing everything…I simply started by NOTICING. Here are a few places I looked at: • Instagram saves — what keeps showing up? • YouTube — who do I keep returning to? • Pinterest — what am I collecting? • Screenshots — what felt important enough to keep? • Books — what’s calling my attention? • People I admire — what patterns do they share? • News — what type of news topics do I keep watching? - Music — what music do you keep wanting to listen to? No pressure. No judgment. Just self-awareness. And when what I'm consuming today aligns with where I want to go...Then I keep going. But if it doesn't...I gently shift what I consume next. That's how my direction has changed to who I am today... And who I want to become. šŸ’› ------------------------------------------- šŸš€ Your Next Steps: I invite you to try it as well... 1. Choose ONE source from the list above. 2. Notice what you’ve been consuming there last week or even just yesterday. 3. Share your reflection in the comments (this is where the shift begins). šŸ’¬ Which one of these stood out to you today—and what did you notice? (Even one word is perfect. I’m curious what you’re seeing šŸ‘€)

@Dipa M Awww! I’m so glad to hear this resonated with you a lot. Like you said, it’s a simple and fun Audit Self Check. 🄰

@Judy Wright That's a great way to use Facebook with the reminder of why you're using it. I love that! One way I do that, too, is setting a timer for myself...because sometimes my ADHD brain gets the best of me with my timeblindness. So, I try to commit to doing that for only 30 minutes or 1 hour, then when the timer beeps...I have to stop. šŸ˜†
ā™„ļø Our Shared Cause: What do you think? 🄰
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been paying close attention… To how this community has evolved. To your posts and comments To the conversations we’ve had together. And something very clear started to emerge. So I want to name it. 🄰 ———————————————— ✨ Our Shared Cause We are building a way of living where ADHD moms (and dads) can create meaningful work, raise their families, and move forward with direction…using systems rooted in compassion, not pressure. I’d love to know… ā“QUESTION 1: Does this resonate with you? (No pressure—just your honest reaction. Even a ā€œyes,ā€ ā€œkind of,ā€ or ā€œnot quiteā€ helps.) ————————————————— 🧭 My Reason For Our Shared Cause As I reflected on everything you’ve shared, I noticed that even though we’re all in different stages… We’re moving through the SAME patterns: • Overwhelm → Direction • Self-Doubt → Self-Trust • Isolation → Shared Momentum • Information → Execution • Pressure → Compassion-Based Systems So I turned this into a simple visual using ChatGPT (see below šŸ‘‡) šŸ’› How to use this: This isn’t something to ā€œcomplete.ā€ It’s a gentle reminder you can print + tape on your mirror (or a place you can see it frequently). The reminder is this: It’s something we move through—again and again—and that’s okay because we do it with more awareness and ease each time. 🄰 ——————————————— ā“QUESTION 2: Which part of this path are you in today? You can reply with: - The number (1–5) - The phrase - Or just a few words (Simple is perfect.šŸ˜ ) Sweet dreams, my friends. šŸ™

@Judy Wright I can completely relate to this. Even after over 2 decades of ADHD therapy and implementing tools, my ADHD brain can still forget to follow the checklist and charts. Sometimes, I just simply forget they even existed! šŸ˜† Have you ever felt that? That's why I'm working on something to help our ADHD brains with those exact problems. Stay tuned! I'm working on this in the background. 🄰
