Personal Identity and Self-Transformation (Notes)
You can’t move into the paid community for free without properly watching videos and making notes. Making notes is very important—not just to unlock levels, but to actually retain the information for a longer time. The system is free, but it’s only free for those who deserve it, not for everyone. Just listening to lectures makes you retain only around 5% of the information. If your basics are weak, you won’t be able to perform well at higher levels. All the top guys in the community started as free members and went through this same path. That’s how they got promoted to the high-ticket partnership program. Some members who followed this path—even young boys—are earning similar to what doctors earn nowadays. Just imagine how many years doctors study to reach that level. So thinking that simply unlocking top-level courses will take you there is not realistic. No one is telling us to move slowly, but we must solidify whatever we learn. Otherwise, things won’t make sense at higher levels, and then people start blaming the system—which has worked for so many others who followed it properly. The community is also about to launch scholarships. Rewiring Your Brain One of the best ways to rewire the brain is journaling. Keeping a journal for at least 7 days and writing everything you do helps build awareness and discipline. Repetition is a very powerful concept and is also given great importance in our religion. Taking ownership is critical. Instead of blaming circumstances, we should ask ourselves every day: What did I do today to take control of my success? Big tasks should be broken into small chunks. Don’t think about working 12 hours—focus on the next 2 minutes, then the next 2 minutes. Eventually, long hours become manageable without overwhelm. If you want to do something, take full ownership of it—or don’t do it at all. Multitasking drains energy. Constantly switching tasks makes the brain tired, which is why you feel sleepy without achieving much. Spending time with yourself is important, and journaling daily is one of the best ways to do that.
