The teacher clearly warned us not to abuse the system. Just watching videos and not writing notes of it won’t help anyone. Even if someone manages to move forward like that, it won’t really unlock the next levels for them in a meaningful way.
He emphasized that all members should watch every video with full concentration and actually try to understand what’s being taught, not just skim through it. Making notes should be about retention and clarity, not ticking a checkbox.
To explain this, he showed us a learning pyramid diagram. According to it, people retain very little from just lectures, but retention increases when you start discussing things with others and practicing what you learn. Discussion can raise understanding a lot compared to passive watching.
The main takeaway for me was that learning here is not about speed or shortcuts. It’s about paying attention, applying what we learn, and engaging with others so the knowledge actually sticks.
