Hey everybody, just joined here. I already have a $97 plan of ghl that I run my business on. I have an unused sub account that I can test on. With my current business I already have a relationship with a few local service businesses. I want to run one of them through a free trial of reviews so I can get a case study. The only thing I think I would be missing on my level of GHL is rebilling the sms charges. I'm fine to eat that cost and would upgrade if I can prove this all out.

@Matthew McClure Yes, you can test it on the GoHighLevel $97 Starter plan. You can still create a sub-account, set up review requests, automations, and run a trial for a local business. For a case study, that plan is usually enough to prove the concept. The main thing you will not have is the rebilling feature for SMS and email usage, so those costs will come from your account. If you are only testing with one business for reviews, the cost is normally small. Just make sure the number you use is registered for A2P 10DLC so the messages actually send without issues. And peradventure if you need help in any area, I am here to help you out on them

Reactivation messages

Im new to the group and just landed my first client (for a reactivation sequence). What would you recommend messaging wise when reaching out to old clients? How do you usually tweak the message to not come off weird when sending it to people who perhaps havent seen her in years?
