Reactivation messages
Im new to the group and just landed my first client (for a reactivation sequence). What would you recommend messaging wise when reaching out to old clients? How do you usually tweak the message to not come off weird when sending it to people who perhaps havent seen her in years?

@Jac Jacques Got decent results. Was a pretty bad list with some clients more than 10+ years old, and cause SMS in Sweden is expensive as heck, I had to limit it and ran about half the list (1200 people or so) and got 35-40 reviews out of it. Not too bad imo. Just sent out a regular text asking for a review basically.

Brand New To This Would Love Advice!
I currently work at a gym that just started in October 2025. My goal is to get this review system up and running for us and connect it to the CRM. Please drop advice, or something you wish you knew when you first started out.

What exactly are you asking? Are you currently using a different CRM than GHL? If that's the case, you can use the marketplace app potentially or the CRM connector Clay talks about to "natively" connect to a lot of CRMs. If you need help setting up the automations I can help you do that.

@Tyler Foug As I wrote above, use the CRM connector. You can find it when you're in agency mode in the marketplace app. Just search for it and install it. I mainly serve Swedish clients atm but I will use it for American clients.

How do I filter for people who've left a review?
How are you tagging contacts or filtering for people who've left a review? Since they're only leaving us their name and trigger links don't work with SMS, are there any other options to avoid sending multiple SMS to contacts who's already left us a review?
