Hi everyone, I’m Nikki, a solo parenting mama with a 6 and a half year old autistic kid with high support needs, and very much a multipassionate entrepreneur as a Mindset, Self-Love and Dream Life Coach, and an AI Film Ad Creator to name the two things that are related to entrepreneurship. 😊 I’ve been a member in this group for some time now, but I haven’t participated because I wasn’t sure if I have ADHD - I’m still not sure but I’m ready to look into it deeper and just figure out and learn ways to make things work for me and my business. I think it’s also interesting to add that without the challenges that come with me raising my kid alone and him being diagnosed autistic, I don’t think I’d be here right now because before all these, I was very neurotipically productive (if this makes sense). 😄 I always had challenges with certain things but I think I covered them up well, and I’m not saying this like that was a good thing.

@Katherine Lizardo thank you so much for all your kind words! 💖 Hmm I’m thinking about this because what comes to my mind is not simplification but more systemisation and it’s my whole life basically 😂 I’d love to have a reliable system that helps me organise my thoughts and remember things and just see more clearly about my life overall. I think this sounds like a lot for a systems tool 😄

💎 These are my topics: - Your business or creative work - Your daily structure or energy flow And honestly I feel like the others are in place right now. I think I have an amazing relationship with myself (I’m a mindset, self love and dream life coach and I worked hard to have a great relationship with me 😄) and this also aligns with my mission and values and purpose and my parenting is very connection focused and my kid is autistic with high support needs so I think the best I can do is always go with what works for him from a connection point of view and then what works for us - because I’m raising him mostly by myself at this point. So it always needs to be what works for us but mainly focusing on what works for him. And as he is growing we are slowly and gently shifting this so that it works for me better too. I think all the areas could do with more organisation and systems from my end though! 😄
How to get to bed earlier?
I’ve struggled with going to bed early my whole life, but my kids are early birds. I love the idea of more sleep but there always seems to be something that comes up - urgent work that didn’t get done, texts and emails I haven’t answered for days, or honestly just decompressing on my phone until I realize I’ve doom scrolled for an hour+ 🙈 I often receive inspiration and some of my best ideas right before I fall asleep, and if I don’t write them down, they’re gone. (I’ve created some truly brilliant courses with this blessing.) Watching the wonderful video with evening protocol has me wondering where my friction is and how I can get myself to get more sleep. I know it would benefit me greatly if I did… just a gap between knowing and doing 😅 Would love some input on what’s helped if you’ve seen a similar situation before.

I know! Move to London and team up with me - my kid is autistic and so he's often up at night which is suuuuuper difficult for me but going to bed early and rising early with your kids would be an ease for me! 😂
