How to get to bed earlier?
I’ve struggled with going to bed early my whole life, but my kids are early birds. I love the idea of more sleep but there always seems to be something that comes up - urgent work that didn’t get done, texts and emails I haven’t answered for days, or honestly just decompressing on my phone until I realize I’ve doom scrolled for an hour+ 🙈
I often receive inspiration and some of my best ideas right before I fall asleep, and if I don’t write them down, they’re gone. (I’ve created some truly brilliant courses with this blessing.)
Watching the wonderful video with evening protocol has me wondering where my friction is and how I can get myself to get more sleep. I know it would benefit me greatly if I did… just a gap between knowing and doing 😅
Would love some input on what’s helped if you’ve seen a similar situation before.
