I completed day 1 and didn’t break the cleanse 🎉. I did find myself off schedule (especially when I focused on other work/projects time flew) but I got them all in! By early evening I felt a headache coming on. I drank another juice and it helped. I found staying busy helped take my mind off of wanting to graze not because I was hungry but because I was idle. I also have to figure out how to recalibrate my social media algorithm cause food recipes kept popping up 😂. Have a great day!
