Hey Juice Fam! Wanted to check in as the 1st round of the new years cleanse has been over for about a week and a half. Did you get to do yours and if so and you don't mind, please share your experience below. Your story can help motivate another member inside the group here and possibly push them to start their cleansing/detoxing journey. It's much easier to start and stay consistent when you have that extra support so don't be shy! I'd love to hear how it's going for you!

I had never done one before, it was a little challenging in the beginning, but I prevailed. I would definitely do it again. Until the next time…….

Day three final day the struggle has been real but feels super good. Will definitely be doing this again.

It’s been challenging last couple of days when you are dealing with congestion and coughing, ilness . But I’m going to finish strong today. Tomorrow clean healthy start

Motoring through 💪, one more day , then back to Daniel’s Fast , so fits perfectly to continue clean eating. Staying strong and focused on long term goal which is optimal health and weight.
