Motivational Monday Back in 2016, I watched a documentary called What the Health. At the time, I had no idea it would change the course of my life. I wasn't looking to start a juice company. I wasn't thinking about becoming a health coach. I wasn't planning on helping thousands of people through juice cleanses. I was simply looking for answers. What I learned challenged everything I thought I knew about food and health. It inspired me to make a change, and on October 11, 2016, I decided to go vegan. That one decision led me to discover juicing. Juicing led me to my first cleanse. My first cleanse led to deeper healing and a completely different relationship with food. And over time, that journey became the foundation for Julian's Juicebox. Looking back, it's amazing how one moment of inspiration can create a ripple effect that changes your entire life. The biggest lesson I've learned is that transformation doesn't happen overnight. It starts with one decision. One documentary. One book. One conversation. One juice. One day. And then another. I got up this morning ready to do this. Been so busy spring cleaning I forget to stay on the time schedule. I’m still in it. My least favorite is Greenhouse but we have to take the good with the bad. 😝😝😝. So drink on I go.
