GM Juice Fam, it is Friday (am) Dec 12th ( Day 3). I made it to the beginning of the Last Day . I definitely feel β€œ a little lighter” as I have passed so much gas I could fill up a hot air balloon. LOL. Looking forward to finishing strong . As well as starting The New Year Cleanse! THANKS JULIAN !!!

Day One DONE!
Hello Juice Famiy, Just finished day one. I am passing a lot of gas and I am very hungry. Can we add a little fruit cup or some yogurt in between the juices ? Here’s to Day Two in a few hours
β€œSugar in Juice” Explained (Without the Fear) 🍎
Hey juice fam! So I know you’ve heard all this talk about all fruit contains natural sugar and all sugar is bad but that isn’t necessarily true. What matters most is your overall day, your activity level, and what you pair it with. 1st solution is to sip your juice. If you sip your juice there will be no point in time where β€œa lot” of sugar enters the blood stream at once. This only happens if you chug your juice. 2nd solution is to add fiber rich foods into your everyday eating schedule. Fiber slows down the absorption of sugar so can balance that intake throughout the day. All fruits and veggies have fiber while not one single animal based food option has fiber. Not 1 single gram… So just make sure to not chug your juices and to eat fruits and veggies throughout your day and the juice will absolutely benefit your everyday life! β€œDon’t fear foodβ€”learn it.” What juice are you sipping today?
Preparing
My juices are here. I am prepping for my best outcome with them. My thoughts are to eat vegetables and salad two days before I start my 3 day juice fast. Or should I fast on water for 1 day then start 3 day juice fast?
