I'm working on my new audience and their core problem is "irregular revenue". Now I'm trying to chose a currency based on following facts that I know about them:
- They don't have the capacity to work on many projects since these are small engineering offices working on big projects for big manufacturing plants that can take many months.
- They want to avoid the "famine" gap that occurs when a project ends
- During the project they can't do client acquisition
That means I can't just say 3 more clients/month or anything like that. It's more about having a steady flow of clients/projects (filled pipeline) or clients on demand. But I'm not sure how to translate that into something measurable.
What I actually offer them right now is generate clients on automation / a client generation system. But that doesn't sound like a measurable currency..
What do you think? And how would you formulate a suitable MDM?
