Hi my name is Nichola I’m from the NE of England. I am a Psychic Evidential Medium (Nichola Jane Medium) and also do Tarot and Oracle Cards. I work full time and am a mother of 4 boys (2 of which are Labrador’s :) I run 2 Independent Spiritual Communities Online (Links to Heaven and Mediumship 333 Development ) these have really grown over the 18 months since I set them up with one of them having over 4k members globally. Not only do we run free classes, demonstrations and workshops etc, It’s become a lot more than that it’s like a lifeline to some people we have lots of social events and chats which help with mental health and loneliness. I’m really proud of what we have achieved. I am a practicing medium and have been doing this a few years now but only recently pushed myself to start doing 121’s and I love being able to bring comfort to others. My goals for this month is to just get through the stress of Christmas :) . Happy to be here and connect and work with others x

I am a bit behind on the visibility challenge this weekend. That is because I am having a super busy weekend. Yesterday we went to our local Christmas market in the morning and Hector got to make some reindeer food. I then had an interlude to watch Arsenal play, which was not fun. In the afternoon and evening we had our towns Christmas Light Up which is a bit different. We don't have lights through the town but instead the kids build lanterns for the event. Then during the evening everyone parades through town with their lanterns including some giant ones. I've attached some pictures. Today we are meeting up with my brother and his family as they are away fro Christmas, so I have not had much bandwidth for anything else. What are you up to this weekend?

I’m having a softer day today and it made me curious about something: How do you spend your Sundays in a way that actually supports your energy for the week ahead? Do you do rituals? Move your body? Prep for the week? Do absolutely nothing? Hide under blankets with your pets? There’s no right way — I just love hearing how different people create their own version of a “reset.” If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear your Sunday rhythms.
