heal Thyself, if you care
My mission is to coach caregivers to embrace aromas, energy healing, and tapping to recharge their lives and experience the joy of a sustained healthy lifestyle. (Or so it is this week). My take is--> Every caregiver and overgiver could use transformation transPORTation to beat energy drags and burnout. This is why the HealMobile (heel-mo-beel) helps people build a powerful, self-healing toolkit to take on their journey towards health freedom. Join me at Skool.com/self-healing-healmobiles/about

heal Thyself, if you care
#MetricsMonday and #MissionMonday - bonus post!
You may or may not have noticed that Metrics Monday got missed last week due to the holiday, and now this Monday I have a sick 4 yo and will not get to it again. I'm also thinking that with so many of the metrics being past 30 days, it might make more sense to do it once a month. I haven't made a decision yet, but I just wanted to give you and update and pop in and say "hi"! I hope everyone had a great weekend and that your week is off to a great start! So, instead of Metrics Monday, let's do #MissionMonday! IN A NEW POST, let us know what the mission of your community is. Then invite us to join the community, and then comment on someone else's post. Example (in new post): #MissionMonday - The CLASSIFIEDS The mission of the CLASSIFIEDS is to provide the best place where Skool group owners can promote the way they help others with their skills and expertise in their Skool groups. It is a public, searchable, spam-free place where we support each other in growing our communities for the betterment of everyone involved.

Suddenly You're a CAREGIVER?? [Classifieds]
It almost guts your own health to have to suddenly take care of someone you love. The largest cohort of Americans right now is Baby Boomers, living their lives into their 80s, 90s and beyond. But if you suddenly have to care for a Boomer, what can you do that ensures your own health stays above the line? I say, UPGRADE YOUR SELF-CARE--how you take care of you--to a simple, holistic plan of action to meet the deep changes head on. I'm not an M.D., but I used a plan that adjusted my mindset and attitude to help me take care of my mother for five years. I got her meds down from 5 to 1 and helped her transition more sweetly, with zero bedsores, as she ended her 83yo journey. You too can upgrade your personal self-care so it assists you AND your loved one. Just use the 3 self-care (boosted to the higher octave--> "self-healing") techniques that I used-- 1. Breathwork and meditation 2. Essential oils and aromatics 3. Hand healing I AM CALLING ON YOU NEW CAREGIVERS (and you leaders of caregiving entities). Don't get crushed under the burdens. With self-healing techniques you can... - Adopt an easy wakeup routine - Adopt an easy bedtime routine - Go back to sleep after caregiving disruption - Enhance food nutrition - De-stress quickly - Be more resilient when its called for --and this is more often than not. - You CAN feel good—not pressured—into making wellness choices that support tranquility in the midst of the upset. It's your human right! And after the home health aide goes home (if you have one), the real care falls to you anyway. Caretaking is a complex industry. Even with 24/7 support (which can take a long minute kick in) your sudden involvement requires SPEEDY STEPS to meet the challenge. Step 1. Gift yourself-- 🎁 a goody bag of health-preserving actions (building towards your arsenal) 🎁 a set of simple new habits for little cost (and yet, generous benefits) 🎁 the commitment to your own self-healing, since "the body heals itself"

@Stacey Youlios she may be unaware that her mom is eligible for 5- 10 hours to give herself a break. Does she belong to a support group? I hope so.

@Stacey Youlios she to make sure she is exhausting all of her mothers healthcare benefits, as well as all of her own that she may have accrued from any job that she (and her mother) may have had. She can be in touch with the secretary of state or the county clerk of wherever she lives, and find out about services for the elderly if there is no Medicare allowance for a home health aide to come into the home a couple of times a week. Sometimes people jump right in and then they realize it’s much more to bite off than they can chew. You may have to help her do some research with the town, city or state that she lives in. Going it alone is not sustainable. Maybe there are relatives who are helping her— she needs relief, she needs to sleep. She needs to replenish.
What is an Every Day Rockstar?
Happy Friday (I think it's Friday 😅). I'm MJ and once upon a time I wanted to be a rockstar. I took voice lessons, piano lessons and taught myself guitar. I became a singer/songwriter, and eventually the front woman of a local band in Milwaukee, WI. I went to school on a music scholarship and then dropped out of college to pursue music full-time -- only to wind up dropping out of my band to go back to college for a business degree. I felt like I sold out to the man! But I told myself, even if I had go work a "real job" I could still find a career that had rockstar elements to it -- so I spent about 10 years in the experiential marketing world while I was essentially "on tour" for some very iconic brands. During this time I worked not just across the U.S. but even overseas -- and that's where I started to develop the idea of being an every day rockstar. Because what if we didn't have to be on stage, selling albums, or signing autographs -- what if we could just learn to be a rockstar in our own life? I purposely picked "Every Day" and not "everyday" because everyday means ordinary... and ordinary we are not. We are intentional, and we show up Every Day to be the best versions of ourselves -- at least those are the people I have surrounded myself with. My career afforded me some very cool things and taught me some great life lessons, particularly about personal growth and development, personal finance, and investing. I now teach others the foundations of financial literacy, budgeting, and real estate investing for beginners. If that's something of interest, I'd love to connect with you. As an aside, this past year, I decided to revisit some of my musical pursuits -- it did NOT go the way I intended, but you can read about it here: https://open.substack.com/pub/everydayrockstars/p/when-the-music-stopped And here's a snippet of a song that will be on this album, should I get the opportunity to complete it:

Beautiful lyrics and song. Thank you. I call you and your sojourn, A Work of A.R.T. To me, that's what we are, instead of the old work-in-progress. Aromas, Reiki/Hand-Healing and Tapping are the main healing art tools I use to stay creative and present. Like you, I also manage real estate. I truly believe we've been made polymaths (pattern weavers) and this do-one-thing thing is not for everyone. Thank you for lighting up my AM! Now back to transferring files over etc. (I'm about 3-4wks here).
How Do You Feel About...
This year I decided to stop doing everything - you know what I mean... Posting on Facebook (and then dming 9 million of my closest friends to go read the post and then hoping I didn't end up in FB jail or worse have my account shut down for triggering someone) Posting on Instagram - I, to this day, really don't understand that platform and don't even get me started on twerking on Tiktok (yeah I know that's so 2020 but tells you how "into" it I am) Linkedin? yeah, no Then there is youtube, websites, and the other bookmarking sites the list goes on and on ... Everything needing it's own specialized content 🎙️Did I mention I also host a podcast? (yep a top rated international podcast featuring coaches & spiritual entrepreneurs being the change they seek in the world) It was the podcast (and honestly my conspiracy bent👽) that got me hooked on Substack. This year I promised myself I was going to follow the rule of ones - One platform, one audience, one marketing method for one year. Substack for content distribution (cause let's be real we need to be "everywhere") it's the hub. My audience is coaches & spiritual entrepreneurs, my marketing method is Substack with the delivery happening in my Skool community and I'm all in for the whole year. 🔥In our community - the You World Order we are all about leveraging Substack, Skool & podcasts for visibility to attract premium clients What about you? What are you committed to for the next year? More of more and everywhere? Or are you looking to streamline and monetize? 📌did you know you can pin this for later to Pinterest?

I'm trying to instill a Rule of NO's into my consciousness, as a way to not feel guilty about not posting more than 1x a week on LinkedIn, FB or IG. I don't quite get what IG is doing--every time I go there it seems more difficult to do a reel. They took away my Live capability bc I didn't have 1000 followers. Now with 900 I feel pressure, but for what? Recently changed the profile to include Skool; need to do that w/Youtube as well - maybe a task for my new VA.... Substack I like because it's an upgrade from Medium, imho. I watched 2 Lives there yesterday and was kind of surprised. So I'll have to think about what you offer in the space of NO, since I'm not finished uploading content and course deets from another platform.... thanks for bringing all this to the fore for me.
