The hustle trap nobody wants...
I am finally back publishing videos after a long break from YouTube! In one of my latest videos, I’m sharing how to escape the "hustle trap" and build a business that fits around your life, rather than the other way around. I’ve learned that 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄, 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 is much better than grinding until you burn out. For me, that means protecting my slow mornings and homesteading chores, and I want to help you do the same for your own goals. My first tip? Write down your ideal daily schedule and post it somewhere you’ll see it every day to stay intentional. Subscribe to my YouTube channel so you don't miss any tips on building repeatable systems that actually last! Also, join my free community, Next Level Growth Hub for deeper conversations and education. 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: If you could design your business to support just one non-negotiable part of your daily routine (like a slow morning or being done by noon), what would it be?

I've simply given up on the medical community as a whole - every time I go I get the same answers - which is basically no answer.

✨ First Thing You Notice…
Pause, and look around, what's the first thing you notice? And then, take note, what does your body do, how does it respond to this thing you noticed? Come over and explore with us, inside The Body Wisdom Way, where we learn to start listening to our body's knowing, and our own specific language of the body. (And from learning to listen within, you find what is real and true for you).
