@Zlatuse Sedlackova I have mainly introduced variations of boxed breathing with my clients, but would love to know if you have ever incorporated SOMA breathing whilst going for walks?

This is our first full SOMA Breathwork journey — a 35-minute session created to help you calm the chaos, return to safety within, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed. Allow yourself to be guided by the music, the rhythm, and your breath — there’s no right or wrong, only what feels true for you in this moment. After you finish, take a few minutes to rest or journal about what you noticed. Drink plenty of water. Your feedback means a lot — this is a growing space, and your reflections help shape what comes next. Thank you for breathing with me.
