Dispute Process
Has anyone noticed that the disputing process has gotten a little bit more harder to get credited back for bad leads? Or is it just me?... Especially this last month? Normally I have like a 30% chance of getting a lead disputed and credited but lately they havent been converting the charged to credited even after it being not a legit call... Maybe Im just tripping but wanted to get your guys opinions
📊 Understanding Top and Absolute Top Metrics in Local Services Ads (LSA)
What Are Top and Absolute Top Metrics? 🤔 These are prominence metrics that help you understand where your ads are placed on the SERPs. Here's a breakdown of these key metrics: - Search top impression rate: Impr. (Top) % tells you the placement of your ads in the top portion of the search results. - Search absolute top impression rate: Impr. (Abs. Top) % indicates if your ad appears in the very first position on the page. Why Should You Care About These Metrics? 🚀 These metrics help you understand the visibility and prominence of your ads. Unlike average position, they don't rank your ads against others—they show the actual location of your ads. - Top Impression Share (Search top IS): Shows your ads' opportunity to show up among the top ads. - Absolute Top Impression Share (Search abs. top IS): Helps measure how often your ad appears in the very first position. Why Are These Metrics Important? 📍 These metrics are valuable because they can explain changes in your click-through rate (CTR), especially if your ad’s location changes on the SERPs. However, don’t use them as targets for bids. Sometimes, higher bids can push your ad into a more competitive auction, but it might end up in a less effective spot, leading to fewer clicks.

Would getting more reviews, picking up the phone when a customer calls, and bidding more help increase your percentages with Top impression rate and Absolute Top Impression rate?

@Bryan Gordon wow bro this is great! You’re a genius! I will absolutely keep all of this in mind and communicate this to my clients !
How to consistently get reviews for Clients?
As an agency, knowing that reviews is one of the driving factors of your clients' GBP and LSA performance, how can you get your clients reviews consistently? By the way, I'm working with realtors, so it's often a one man show (no staff) and the sales cycle takes months

Charged unrelated lead
Hi everyone, Is it possible to request money back for a lead, which has been charged, but it's not related to the service? I rated the lead, that is not related and replied to him that we don't provide this kind of service, and I still was charged. It's not a first situation like that, I have more similar leads. I would appreciate and kind of help 🙏 Thank you in advance

Rate the lead " Very Dissatisfied " and half the time you'll get credit towards next month's ad budget. I have one account that ALWAYS gets credit back and another account that gets bad leads every now and then and NEVER converts their charged to credit. I think its important to communicate in the descrption why your bad leads and not good. Also, the quicker you get off the phone, the higher the chance of your bad lead converting to a credit (which is ideal)
