- What's your nickname? Chiara - What city is your business located in? Remote, and I'm a bit of a nomad, but currently in the Daleville, Virginia area. - Biggest strength? Making sh*t move. I spent a decade in startup/venture as an ops lead and growth marketer, so my skill is looking at a business, identifying its bottlenecks and levers for growth, and actually executing. - Biggest weakness? I put this into Claude and it said over-delivering/overgiving but that feels like a copout haha. But on that note I'd say sales. I'd rather do great work than sell it, but you don't get to do the former without the latter. - What do you do? Build and scale things. Startups, social media accounts (last year did 0 to 70k in 7 months), and now I'm scaling a local SEO agency. Impressions dropped off
I cant figure out why we went from 3k-4k impressions a month, and Absolute top impression rate 88% to falling down to 1200 impressions and 3% Absolute top impression rate in only a few months.
