Charged unrelated lead
Hi everyone,
Is it possible to request money back for a lead, which has been charged, but it's not related to the service? I rated the lead, that is not related and replied to him that we don't provide this kind of service, and I still was charged.
It's not a first situation like that, I have more similar leads.
I would appreciate and kind of help 🙏
