I rated the lead, that is not related and replied to him that we don't provide this kind of service, and I still was charged. It's not a first situation like that, I have more similar leads. Hi Everyone, What would you do if you started new business and launched Google Local Service Ads. At first, everything was going great—leads were coming in, and jobs were being booked. However, after about a week, your leads suddenly stopped Unfortunately, this is my story... Looking back, I now realize that I made some mistakes due to my lack of experience with the platform. The biggest issue seems to be missed calls. Even though I responded to every missed call later, the delays negatively impacted my ranking, and now I’m not receiving any leads. I’ve been learning from this group, and I now have a better understanding of what went wrong. That said, I’m looking for advice on how to recover. Is there a way to improve my ranking and start getting leads again? Or would it be possible to reset my account and start fresh?
