Don’t Ruin It This Weekend
You’ve been solid all week. Eating better. Moving more. You’re building momentum — don’t throw it away. Weekends don’t have to be perfect, but they also don’t have to be a write-off. Keep the basics going. Get your steps in. Make half-decent food choices. Don’t undo your hard work for 10 minutes of satisfaction. Stay on it. Momentum is everything.
