Which “small detail” matters most for you?
Most guys don’t lose points because of big mistakes… they lose points because of one tiny detail that quietly screams “I didn’t finish the job.” If you had to pick one detail that makes (or breaks) the whole look, what matters most? Vote - and drop in the comments why you chose it. Bonus: if you’ve ever been called out on one of these, tell us which one got you.

What’s your budget for “smart upgrades” per month?
When you’re leveling up your style, what’s your realistic monthly budget for upgrades (shirts, shoes, tailoring, grooming, etc.)? Drop your vote — and if you want, comment what you’d prioritize first (shoes, jacket, basics, tailoring).

@Jeff Wilkinson That is very smart to do and we don't have to break the bank while starting out on you style journey.

I am mostly starting at point zero. I am prioritizing first on what will last or what is inexpensive. Undershirts, socks, replacing watch batteries, tools for the watches, shoe polish, dress belts, slacks, shoes, dress shirts, ties and now the next is a suit for interviews.
The "Turning Point" Challenge (CLOSED - Winner Announced)
Alright gents - we’re kicking off a fun challenge starting TODAY. We often talk about leveling up our style. But the truth is, no man decides to level up just because he bought a new suit. He buys the suit because he first decided he was done playing small. We all have a "Line in the Sand"—that specific moment where the old version of you no longer fit the man you wanted to become. Today, we’re kicking off a 3-day challenge to honor those stories. This isn't a "who looks best" contest. This is about the Turning Point. Whether it was a promotion that felt out of your league, a breakup that forced a reality check, or the day you became a father and realized you had to lead by example - we want to hear about the moment you stopped cutting corners. HOW TO JOIN (Super easy) Drop your story in the comments under this post. Use this quick format: 1. The old you (What did "average" look like for you then?) 2. The moment (What was the specific wake-up call?) 3. The shift (What was the very first change you made?) 4. The result (How are you showing up differently today?) Optional: Feel free to attach a "Before" photo to show the physical side of that internal shift. HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS - Challenge will run for 3 days (starting today until Jan 19th) - Post your story in the comments of this post (not separate posts) - Our team will personally pick the winner at the end - Winner will be announced next week Monday Jan 19th - Winner gets a surprise gift from Antonio 🎁 WINNERS WILL BE PICKED BASED ON - Detail and quality of your comment (70%) - Thumbs up from others (5%) - Paid members will have plus points. RULES & LIMITATIONS - Must be Level 5 or higher to win - Free shipping (USA only; forwarding addresses accepted) The floor is yours. What was the moment you decided to level up? Let’s hear it below. 👇

@Steven Smith way to go. Good emphasis that it doesn't have to be all at once. This can be done a piece at a time.

Last Year’s Wins 🎉 This Year’s Focus 🎯
Gents, before we move too far into 2026, I want you to pause and look back intentionally. 1️⃣ Last Year Wins What’s 1–3 wins from last year you’re proud of? Doesn’t have to be massive. Progress counts — consistency, discipline, better decisions. Style upgrade you stuck with? A fragrance you finally made your signature? A watch milestone, collection refinement, or learning moment? A habit you strengthened, a distraction you cut, or a standard you raised 2️⃣ This Year’s Focus What’s 1–2 goals you’re deliberately committing to this year - not wishing for, but committing to? Could be... Sharpening your personal style as a form of self-respect Building a tighter, more intentional fragrance rotation Becoming more educated, patient, and disciplined with watches Showing up with more consistency - physically, mentally, and professionally Raising your standards in how you present yourself to the world Drop your wins and your focus below. Let’s build on what worked. And cut what didn’t!

@Steven Hotchkiss Thank you
Helping a friend.
My best friend kept telling me he needed to get his shoes polished but never has the time. Last weekend when at his house I brought these 2 pair home to see if I could work some magic. The pebble grain Cole haan shouts were in horrible shape. But he was really sentimental about them as he had worn them all throughout his travels. I cleaned them both and stripped them down. Nourished them and polished. Then I sent the pebble grain out for a resole with heals etc Then I stripped both heals and edges and nourished them and polished. New laces and here’s the finished project. I think he’ll be thrilled. Just goes to show. Buy quality and you can keep them alive for ever!!

Those look great. I am glad we got rid of the blue lacing to me that would be to distracting and take away from the awesome pebble grain on the shoes.
