Cheesesteak Skillet
A comforting, easy meal idea for the colder weather! I find myself craving alot of comfort foods when the weather gets chilly, so here is a high protein and veggie packed take on a classic cheesesteak. You can eat it by itself or serve on top of sliced bread or a dinner roll! Get the recipe here! Tips, Substitutions, Notes: - Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. - One serving is approximately two cups. - Add chili flakes and/or chopped chillies for more flavor and kick. - Enjoy as is or serve between a bun, in a wrap and grilled, overtop of potatoes, or overtop of rice.

Can’t wait to try this!
What do you want from Balanced Body Project this year?
I can't believe it's 2025 already 🫣 I truly believe this year is going to be full of growth, peace, and balance 😍 I am in the middle of planning new content, resources, and challenges for all of us this year. Do you have any suggestions on what you want to see more of here? Any feedback you would like to express on improvements? What activities, resources, or challenges have been the most impactful for you? In what areas of your health routine do you feel you are lacking or could be improved? Are there specific topics in nutrition that you are interested in diving deeper into?

I could always use more recipe ideas! My goal for 2025 is to cook more and only eat out once a week max. I have noticed the reason why I tend to stray from cooking is because of the same recipes I use. It gets redundant and I don’t want to eat the same meals all the time!
WINNER of December Body Image Challenge
Thank you to everyone who participated in the December Body Image Challenge! I can't help but have a smile on my face reading all that you have accomplished this month. It's so easy for us to focus on what we don't like about our bodies, but that really does not do us any good. There are so many things to be grateful for what our body does for us each and everyday. With 20 posts displaying gratefulness to their body... @Natalie Anderton has won the December Body Image Challenge totalling 20 points!! You have won $50 grocery giftcard 🔥 WOO!!! Stay tuned for our January Challenge!!

Yay!! Thank you! This monthly challenge has been so helpful.
Grateful
I am grateful for my body’s progress in exercising! Having a few months off from the gym was hard and even harder to get back into the swing of going but slowly but surely as I rework all those muscles that I used to, my body is getting back to having progress and I’m so thankful!
Grateful
This is kind of piggy backing off of what I said a couple of days ago, but I am grateful to not be craving much junk food recently! Normally, on Christmas I would be stuffing my face with all the sweets but today I think I had like 2 bites! I just don’t want the stuff that is going to make me feel like crap - it’s been very awesome to see!

@Charissa Lim I agree! I feel like I have to eat them to keep tradition or I’ll regret not having it for some reason but that wasn’t the case this year!
